Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in the United States is seeking an experienced Client Advocate for NA Construction to lead account strategy, service delivery, and client outcomes. This role collaborates with a senior and associate advocate to coordinate broking, risk control, and claims advocacy, delivering integrated risk management solutions.

Ideal candidates bring deep construction insurance knowledge and the ability to mentor junior colleagues, with a track record of independently leading client

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a client-facing role with construction industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Builder's Risk, OCIP/CCIP, SDI, Surety and related coverage.
• Ability to review contracts for indemnification, insurance, and additional insured requirements.
• Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary coordination point between SCA and ACA, translating strategy into execution.
• Retain and grow the book of business through proactive relationship management.
• Develop client relationships as a trusted adviser on construction risk and insurance strategy.
• Coordinate WTW resources to deliver seamless client experience.
• Lead renewal strategies and support RFP responses where appropriate.
• Mentor ACAs and broader account teams to ensure exceptional client service.
