The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with one day in an office and remote options, plus competitive compensation and benefits. A P&C license is required, with CIC preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active property & casualty licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and support for new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims and coverage analysis.
• Renewals: conduct client research, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages and proposals.
• Monitor accounts receivable and ensure data accuracy in systems.
• Lead daily activities of the account management team and maintain open communication.
