Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management experience in insurance.
• Active property & casualty (P&C) licensing required.
• CIC or equivalent professional designation preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and support new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Resolve complex issues and ensure accuracy across policies.
• Monitor renewals, billing, and claims as needed.
