Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active property & casualty licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business to retain accounts and support new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Renewals: research, submissions, negotiations, and proposals.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness in agency management systems.
