Insurance Office of America is seeking an Account Manager - Commercial Lines to manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business. The role involves coordinating daily administrative and customer service tasks, resolving complex issues, and maintaining data accuracy across systems.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of account management experience (or 5+ years in insurance), active P&C licensing (CIC preferred), and strong analytical and service skills.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active property & casualty (P&C) licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
