The role requires 3-5 years in account management or 5+ years in insurance, active P&C licensing (CIC preferred), strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active property & casualty (P&C) licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues and ensuring no errors or omissions.
• Monitor policy expirations and renewals, conduct client research, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals.
