Insurance Office of America seeks an Account Manager - Commercial Lines to oversee an assigned book of business, focus on retention, and support new opportunities. The role combines client service, policy administration, and renewal activity in a hybrid/remote-friendly environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in account management or 5+ in insurance, active P&C license, and strong MS Office proficiency. CIC or equivalent is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in account management or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active property & casualty license; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and support new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Renewals, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
