Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform basic to moderately complex estimating tasks including quantity take-offs and cost research.
• Utilize Timberline to prepare Opinions of Probable Cost of Construction (OPCC).
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors on pricing and bids.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and cost analyses.
• Review and file pricing data against OPCCs and assist with change management.
