Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to support cost planning on diverse construction projects in Bellevue, NE. You will perform quantity take-offs, prepare cost estimates, and review pricing with PMs and suppliers.

Responsibilities include developing OPCCs, coordinating with subcontractors, and supporting bid day activities. Travel to project sites may be required, and you will mentor junior staff while maintaining QA/QC standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of related estimating experience; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform technically complex estimating tasks and quantity take-offs.
• Utilize OPCC or cost estimation practices to support project bids.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing and bid comparatives.
• Prepare and review cost documentation, schedules and change orders.
• Provide technical guidance to junior staff and support project controls.
