Job summary

John Deere is seeking a Territory Sales Manager, Construction Equipment for the Albuquerque, NM region. You will lead dealers to engage customers, drive sales of compact construction equipment, and coordinate with the territory team on events and training.

The role requires travel up to 75% within the territory, strong relationship building, and the ability to manage sales processes with dealers to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience in construction equipment or off-road equipment sales preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business lead with dealers to engage key customers and drive sales of equipment
• Collaborate with dealers to manage sales processes and solutions
• Lead territory initiatives with dealers and travel to customer sites
• Drive achievement of sales targets and gross margin goals
