Job summary

ProSight Talent, LLC is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Representative to join a growing heavy equipment dealership. You will be in front of customers, build relationships, demonstrate equipment, and close sales across a defined territory.

• Proven success in sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive mindset with a desire to exceed goals.
• Self-starter who works independently.
• Ability to develop new business through prospecting and networking.
• Mechanical aptitude or interest in equipment is a plus.
• Experience in construction, agricultural, equipment, industrial, or rental industries is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with construction, agricultural, landscaping, and industrial customers throughout your assigned territory
• Prospect for new business while maintaining existing customer relationships
• Conduct equipment demonstrations and identify solutions that meet customer needs
• Generate equipment, attachment, and service sales opportunities
• Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations
• Collaborate with parts and service teams to deliver exceptional customer support
• Represent the dealership professionally in the market place
