Job summary

Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow revenue and market share by acquiring new business and expanding relationships within existing accounts.

This role focuses on equipment rental solutions, consultative selling, and disciplined territory management. You will present proposals, negotiate pricing, use CRM daily, and collaborate with Dispatch and Branch Managers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School/GED preferred but not required.
• No specific degree required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow revenue.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting.
• Develop territory plans to maximize customer coverage.
• Maintain relationships with customers at jobsites and offices.
• Educate customers on Sunstate products and applications.
• Present proposals and negotiate pricing that balances value and Sunstate objectives.
• Close deals across customer segments and document activity in CRM.
• Collaborate with Dispatch, Branch Managers, and Sales Leaders.
• Stay informed on market trends and industry dynamics.
• Support equipment deliveries and pickups when needed.
