Job summary

Kelly is seeking a detail-oriented Credit Support Specialist to assist lien waiver processing, customer accounts, credit operations, and collections. This onsite role collaborates with sales, branches, and internal credit partners, with a path to a permanent position for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate has office experience, familiarity with lien waivers and construction documentation, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of office experience.
• 1–5+ years in construction, credit, collections, or related field.
• Experience with lien waivers and construction documentation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Onsite work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and execute customer lien waivers per guidelines.
• Ensure lien laws compliance across AZ, CO, NV, UT.
• Support pre-lien and other construction documentation processes.
• Coordinate with customers and credit team to resolve issues.
• Set up new customer accounts and maintain credit files.
• Support AR reporting and aging reviews using Eclipse/GETPAID/BillTrust.
