QED, founded in Denver, Colorado, seeks a Credit & Collections Representative to support lien waivers, accounts, and credit processes for Colorado customers. The role works with Sales, Branch teams, and the Credit group in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Broomfield or Denver, CO, the position requires attention to detail, clear communication, and a customer-first mindset. Willingness to learn state lien laws is important.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience or education preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and credit tools.

Responsibilities

• Lien Waiver & Construction Support: review, prepare, and execute lien waivers per guidelines.
• Customer & Sales Support: respond to inquiries, assist with accounts and credit needs.
• Credit & Collections Support: monitor past due accounts and process payments.
• Account Setup & Credit Support: maintain customer files and review credit documents.
• Reporting & Systems: support AR reporting and use Eclipse, BillTrust, GETPAID.
