Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with lien waivers, pre-lien docs and construction credits.
• Experience in credit, collections, AR or office admin roles.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to learn credit systems.

Responsibilities

• Review lien waivers and construction documentation.
• Support credit accounts, setup, payments and collections follow-up.
• Coordinate with sales, branches and customers to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate credit files and AR reporting.
• Use credit systems to manage daily workflow and reporting.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication.
