Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction, credit, or collections.
• Working knowledge of lien waivers and construction documentation preferred.
• Experience supporting customer accounts or credit operations preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Notary Public certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, MS Teams, Co-pilot).

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and execute customer lien waivers within guidelines.
• Support lien, pre-lien, bond claim, and construction documentation processes.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries about accounts and liens.
• Monitor past-due accounts and assist collections efforts as needed.
• Maintain accurate credit files and support A/R reporting.
