Job summary

Hire Up Staffing seeks a detail-oriented Credit Support Specialist to join our client’s team in Salt Lake City, UT. This onsite position requires strong administrative and customer service skills and experience in construction support, credit, collections, or account management.

In this role you will review lien waivers, assist with pre-lien and bond claims, monitor accounts, process payments, and maintain accurate credit files while supporting the Credit team to resolve issues and ensure

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of advanced education or a degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of office or administrative experience.
• 1–5+ years of relevant experience in construction, credit, collections, accounting, or customer account support preferred.
• Experience with lien waivers and construction documentation strongly preferred.
• Notary Public certification preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and Copilot.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and process customer lien waivers according to established guidelines.
• Support compliance with applicable lien laws across Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, and Utah.
• Assist with pre-lien, bond claim, and other construction-related documentation.
• Work closely with customers and the Credit team to resolve lien waiver and documentation issues.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Assist with A/R reporting and aging reviews.
• Utilize systems such as Eclipse, BillTrust, GETPAID, and other credit-related platforms.
• Maintain accurate data and documentation across internal systems.
