Codale Electric Supply is seeking a Credit and Collections Representative to support lien waivers, credit files, and high-volume AR tasks across multiple states. Based in Salt Lake City with responsibilities spanning AZ, CO, NV, and UT, you’ll collaborate with Credit, Sales, and Customers to protect receivables while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction, credit, or collections.
• Working knowledge of lien waivers and construction documentation.
• Experience supporting customer accounts or credit operations.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Notary Public certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, MS Teams, Co-pilot).

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and execute customer lien waivers within established guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with applicable lien laws across AZ, CO, NV, UT.
• Support pre-lien, bond claim, and construction documentation processes.
• Coordinate with credit team and customers to resolve lien-waiver or lien related issues.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to accounts and lien documentation.
• Partner with Sales and Branch teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Provide timely, accurate responses while maintaining a strong customer experience.
• Assist in monitoring past due accounts and support collections efforts as needed.
• Process payments (CC, ACH) and assist customers with online account access.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies; escalate identified risks.
• Manage customer account setup and ongoing maintenance; review credit applications.
• Maintain accurate and compliant customer credit files; support shared mailbox workflow.
• Support A/R reporting and aging reviews; utilize Eclipse, BillTrust, GETPAID, and other tools.
