This role also provides administrative support to ensure smooth daily office and project operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction accounting, job costing, and project-based financial management. This position requires accuracy, organization, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple projects and entities in a deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping & Accounting

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Perform job costing and maintain accurate project financial records
• Process payroll and subcontractor payments
• Prepare and submit progress billings, including AIA billing
• Track lien waivers and subcontractor compliance documentation
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts

Administrative Support

• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
• Assist with contract documentation and compliance tracking
