Fit and Finish AZ is looking for a detail-oriented Construction Bookkeeper to support our operations in Goodyear, AZ. This role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, job costing, and ensuring accurate financial documentation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience in construction, a strong grasp of project financial management, and proficiency in QuickBooks. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $19.00 to $30.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of bookkeeping experience in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of job costing and construction accounting practices.
• Experience with AIA billing and subcontractor management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Perform job costing and maintain accurate project financial records.
• Process payroll and subcontractor payments.
• Prepare and submit progress billings, including AIA billing.
