Energy Jobline ZR in Goodyear, AZ seeks a Construction Bookkeeper to support growing construction operations. The role covers full-cycle bookkeeping, job costing, payroll and subcontractor payments, and project financial management to ensure accurate records and compliance.

Ideal candidates have strong QuickBooks experience, construction accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines in a deadline-driven environment.

Formación

• 3+ years bookkeeping experience in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of job costing and construction accounting practices
• Experience with AIA billing and subcontractor management
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Experience with service management programs is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Perform job costing and maintain accurate project financial records
• Process payroll and subcontractor payments
• Prepare and submit progress billings, including AIA billing
• Track lien waivers and subcontractor compliance documentation
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts
• Generate monthly financial reports and assist with budget tracking
• Provide financial support to project managers and company leadership
