Qualifications

• Billing and/or invoicing for residential and commercial accounts in a construction industry preferred.
• Organizational, time management and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Regular attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Enter and evaluate billing and invoicing documents for accuracy for residential and commercial accounts.
• Obtain missing data when necessary.
• Investigate, process, and evaluate bills or invoices.
• Function side-by-side with other teams to achieve data quality and consistency.
• Completes a high volume of transaction entries on an ongoing basis throughout the month.
• Adheres to strict deadlines to complete billing.
• Additional duties maybe assigned.
