143 Future Infrastructure, LLC is seeking a Billing Specialist to prepare accurate customer invoices and maintain billing transactions in Viewpoint Vista. You will submit invoices, monitor status, and assist with collections to support timely payments.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to work with multiple departments. Experience with ERP systems and construction billing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders, supporting documentation, and contract requirements to prepare accurate customer invoices.
• Enter and maintain billing transactions in Viewpoint Vista per procedures and SOX controls.
• Submit invoices through portals, e-billing, or email promptly.
• Monitor invoice status and assist with collections for timely payments.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, rejected invoices, and inquiries.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations, and Finance to resolve issues.
• Review unbilled work reports to support revenue recognition.
• Assist accounts receivable follow-up and cash flow improvement.
• Maintain organized billing records and supporting docs.
• Generate reports for management reviews and audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and controls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
