Job summary

ARCO Design/Build in Atlanta, GA seeks a Director of Business Development to drive new client relationships and expand market opportunities across the United States. The role requires a proven sales track record in construction and the ability to build trust with customers and colleagues alike.

You will lead market research, develop strategies, and coordinate with marketing, estimators, and project managers to execute the sales plan. Travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in A/E/C or Logistics/Shipping sectors preferred.
• Proven sales success in construction or related industries.
• Strong ability to build trust with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships to generate new business opportunities.
• Create and expand ARCO’s footprint and top-of-mind awareness.
• Analyze market conditions and key economic factors by region.
• Attend trade shows and associations to stay informed and network.
