ARCO Design/Build, Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead client relationship building and market expansion across the United States from our Atlanta, GA office.

This role requires proven sales success in the construction industry and the ability to forge trusted partnerships with clients and colleagues alike. Responsibilities include expanding ARCO’s footprint, researching market trends, attending industry events, and guiding the sales/proposal process with cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; engineering/design/construction management related is a plus but not required.
• Industry knowledge in A/E/C or logistics/shipping helps.
• Technical sales experience in construction with a proven track record (5–10 years preferred).
• Broad and in-depth business background with understanding of design/build construction.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities with end users.
• Create and expand ARCO’s footprint and build top-of-mind awareness.
• Research and analyze key economic factors influencing market activity in specific markets or geographies.
• Attend trade shows and associations to stay informed on market conditions and cultivate client relationships.
• Provide ongoing progress updates to ARCO management on new business activities and KPIs.
• Help develop and manage the execution of the sales plan and coordinate the sales/proposal process.
