ARCO a Family of Construction Companies is seeking a Director of Business Development to pursue new clients on a national scale. You will be empowered with tools to excel, take on meaningful responsibilities, and contribute to our award-winning workplace culture.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of new business development experience.
• Direct sales experience in food & beverage, cold storage, light industrial/manufacturing or commercial sectors preferred.
• Design‑build experience preferred.
• Proficiency with business development software: Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Pipedrive.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.
• Create and expand ARCO’s footprint and establish top of mind awareness.
• Research and analyze key economic factors influencing market activity in niche markets or geographies.
• Help develop and manage the execution of the sales plan.
• Attend trade shows and association meetings to stay informed on market conditions and establish client relationships.
• Coordinate and manage the sales/proposal process with marketing, project management, and operations.
• Travel as needed, up to 40%.
