Specialized Pavement Marking is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to apply deposits, reconcile payments, and resolve billing issues within our construction accounting environment. The role requires familiarity with ERP systems, strong communication, and attention to detail in a fast-paced office.

You will process daily deposits, generate invoices, support month-end close, and interact with contractors to address questions and ensure timely payments.

Formación

• Requires 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with SAP, QuickBooks, VISTA or similar ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Daily Deposits - apply payments to appropriate jobs in Accounting System
• Constant internal communication with team members and other members of the organization
• Invoice creation based on unitary billing
• Compile invoices onto contractors' monthly pay applications and other special invoice forms
• Engage in heavy email communication with contractors
• Assist in the collection process for outstanding invoices
• Complete special projects and reports as needed
• Meet month-end processing requirements
• Address questions and complaints from customers
• Perform other duties as assigned
