Job summary

Talentify is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its accounting team in Walnut Creek, CA. You will manage the full AR function, ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts receivable experience in a construction environment.
• Experience managing full-cycle AR: billing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with construction liens and pre-liens.

Responsibilities

• Manage full accounts receivable functions, including billing, collections, and cash posting.
• Create sales orders, track delivery, and prepare invoices and statements.
• Process payments, apply funds, and handle credits/adjustments.
• Support month-end close and DSO analysis.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external customers.
