Qualifications

• Process accounts payable invoices and prepare documentation for payment.
• Reconcile vendor and subcontractor statements and research discrepancies.
• Manage subcontractor communication related to invoices, insurance records, preliminary notices, and lien releases.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support general office accounting needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process invoices submitted via email, ensuring accuracy and readiness for payment.
• Reconcile vendor and subcontractor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Communicate with subcontractors regarding invoices, documentation, insurance records, preliminary notices, and lien releases.
• Manage accounts payable email correspondence, follow‑up tasks, and related documentation.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized accounting records.
• Provide additional administrative and accounting support as needed in a small office environment.
