Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Construction Account Manager to identify leads, prospect and sell temporary waste removal to construction clients. You will build long-term relationships, deliver presentations, and work to exceed monthly growth targets in your market.

You will regularly use Salesforce to track activities and coordinate with Operations to resolve issues, while expanding revenue and visibility through industry events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads and prospect and sell temporary waste removal services.
• Build and grow long-term relationships with construction clients to meet revenue targets.
• Deliver sales presentations to prospective and existing clients.
• Utilize Salesforce to document calls, meetings and proposals.
• Generate sales leads for permanent opportunities and hand off to the appropriate rep.
• Collaborate with operations to address customer service issues and ensure satisfaction.
