Job summary

Republic Services Account Manager role maintains and grows relationships with existing commercial and industrial waste customers in an assigned territory. You will sell the full range of Republic Services products, respond to cancellation requests, and collaborate with operations to resolve service issues.

Daily Salesforce usage supports activity tracking and revenue growth. The position requires at least 1 year of sale experience and a valid driver’s license, with the opportunity to participate

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in waste or transportation industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintains and retains existing customers.
• Sell the full suite of Republic Services products to current clients.
• Respond to cancellation requests per escalation policy.
• Use Salesforce to document calls, meetings and proposals.
• Capture customer emails and support pricing initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations to address service issues.
• Engage in company-sponsored events to increase visibility.
