Custom Concrete Co., Inc. is seeking a Single Family Construction Account Manager in Louisville & IN to build relationships with builders, homeowners, and contractors. You will drive sales growth, provide estimates, and coordinate projects from initial quote through completion.

You will read blueprints, review plans, and collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality results. Strong communication and territory management are essential to exceed revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to builders, contractors, developers, and homeowners.
• Ability to read blueprints and project specs.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to manage a sales territory.
• Knowledge of residential construction or concrete foundations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, developers, and homeowners.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.
• Prepare and present project estimates and proposals.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with operations, scheduling, and field teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct customer visits and jobsite walkthroughs.
• Stay current on market trends and competitive activity.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals.
• Serve as a trusted resource throughout the construction process.
