Custom Concrete Company Inc in Louisville, KY is seeking a driven Single Family Construction Account Manager to manage relationships with builders, contractors, developers, and homeowners in the Louisville & Indiana market.

This full-time role encompasses project estimation, proposals, blueprint review, and coordination with field teams to deliver on sales and revenue goals while maintaining quality and service standards.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in construction materials or related industries.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and close business.
• Experience reviewing construction drawings, blueprints, or site plans.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with territory management responsibilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of residential construction or concrete foundations is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

As we continue to grow, we're looking for experienced, driven professionals to join our team as Single Family Construction Account Managers.

This is more than a sales role. You'll become a trusted advisor to builders, contractors, developers, and homeowners while helping guide projects from initial estimate through completion.

If you enjoy relationship building, construction, sales, and being directly involved in projects that shape communities, we want to talk with you. This role focuses on client relationship management, sales growth, estimating, project coordination, blueprint review, and customer support.
