Job summary

Custom Concrete Co., Inc. is seeking a Single Family Construction Account Manager in Louisville & IN to build relationships with builders, homeowners, and contractors. You will drive sales growth, provide estimates, and coordinate projects from initial quote through completion.

You will read blueprints, review plans, and collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality results. Strong communication and territory management are essential to exceed revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to builders, contractors, developers, and homeowners.
• Ability to read blueprints and project specs.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to manage a sales territory.
• Knowledge of residential construction or concrete foundations preferred.

Responsibilities

As we continue to grow, we're looking for experienced, driven professionals to join our team as Single Family Construction Account Managers.

This is more than a sales role. You'll become a trusted advisor to builders, contractors, developers, and homeowners while helping guide projects from initial estimate through completion.

If you enjoy relationship building, construction, sales, and being directly involved in projects that shape communities, we want to talk with you. This role focuses on client relationship management, sales growth, estimating, project coordination, blueprint review, and customer support.

• Ability to build strong customer relationships and close business.
• Experience reviewing construction drawings, blueprints, or site plans.

• Self-motivated and comfortable managing a territory.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of residential construction or concrete foundations is highly preferred.
