Job summary

Custom Concrete is seeking a South Indianapolis Single Family Construction Account Manager. This full-time role focuses on building relationships with builders, contractors, developers, and homeowners, while driving sales from initial estimate through completion.

You will generate new business, prepare proposals, review blueprints, coordinate with operations, and ensure project success while meeting revenue goals and staying informed on market trends.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in construction or related industries.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and close business.
• Experience reviewing construction drawings, blueprints, or site plans.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing a territory.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of residential construction or concrete foundations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, developers, and homeowners.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.
• Prepare and present project estimates and proposals.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with operations, scheduling, and field teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct customer visits and jobsite walkthroughs.
• Stay current on market trends and competitive activity.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals.
• Serve as a trusted resource throughout the construction process.
