Custom Concrete is seeking a Single Family Construction Account Manager for the Northern KY area to grow builder, contractor, and homeowner relationships from initial estimate through project completion.

The role emphasizes sales growth, estimates, blueprint reviews, and coordination with operations, including on-site visits. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 plus incentive opportunities and a long-standing company culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in construction or related industries.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and close business.
• Experience reviewing construction drawings/blueprints or site plans.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage a territory.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, developers, and homeowners.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.
• Prepare and present project estimates and proposals.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with operations, scheduling, and field teams for project execution.
• Conduct customer visits and jobsite walkthroughs.
• Stay current on market trends and competitive activity.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals.
• Serve as a trusted resource throughout the construction process.
