Job summary

Custom Concrete is seeking a proactive Single Family Construction Account Manager in Cincinnati, OH to nurture builder and homeowner relationships, drive sales, and coordinate projects from estimate to completion. Youll analyze blueprints and specifications, develop proposals, and partner with operations to ensure timely, quality deliveries.

We value experience in construction or concrete foundations, strong communication, and the ability to manage a territory.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in construction or related industries.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and close business.
• Experience reviewing drawings, blueprints, or site plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, developers, and homeowners.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.
• Prepare and present project estimates and proposals.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with operations, scheduling, and field teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct customer visits and jobsite walkthroughs.
• Stay current on market trends and competitive activity.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals.
• Serve as a trusted resource throughout the construction process.
