Custom Concrete is seeking a Single Family Construction Account Manager for the Northern KY area to grow builder, contractor, and homeowner relationships from initial estimate through project completion.

The role emphasizes sales growth, estimates, blueprint reviews, and coordination with operations, including on-site visits. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 plus incentive opportunities and a long-standing company culture of excellence.

This is more than a sales role. You'll become a trusted advisor to builders, contractors, developers, and homeowners while helping guide projects from initial estimate through completion.

Based on the job description in Single Family Account Manager , the role focuses on client relationship management, sales growth, estimating, project coordination, blueprint review, and customer support.

What You'll Do

• Knowledge of residential construction or concrete foundations is highly preferred.
