Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of related experience or equivalent.
Knowledge of wholesale electrical distribution and construction sales.
Valid driver’s license with ability to travel up to 25% with overnight stays.
Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and product knowledge.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; self-starter and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Create a business plan for assigned accounts in Crescent’s CRM.
Grow sustainable sales and profit volume in the territory.
Conduct regular in-person sales calls to prospects and existing customers.
Introduce and demonstrate new products; assist pricing bills of materials.
Cross-sell and upsell products; suggest alternatives if requested item is unavailable.
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with construction customers and suppliers.
Assist and resolve customer requests promptly.
Inform customers about relevant policies.
Relay competitive conditions and customer feedback to management.
Collaborate with suppliers on joint sales calls.
Execute sales ethically and professionally.
