Crescent Electric Supply Company is seeking a Construction Account Manager to build and sustain long-term relationships with customers in the construction sector, driving sales and gross margin goals. You will prospect, quote, and deliver solutions aligned with management guidelines.

You will conduct regular in-person calls, introduce new products, price materials, and collaborate with suppliers to maximize mutual business opportunities while maintaining ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Knowledge of wholesale electrical distribution and construction sales preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with ability to travel up to 25% with overnight stays.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; detail oriented.

Responsabilités

• Create a business plan for assigned accounts in Crescent’s CRM tool.
• Develop sales/profit volume in the assigned territory.
• Make in-person sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Introduce and demonstrate new products to customers.
• Assist industrial customers by pricing bills of material.

Formation

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

4 years related experience and/or training

Interpersonal and organizational skills

Self-starter, detail oriented
