Latham & Watkins is seeking an OGC Analyst – Conflicts Reporting to join our Office of the General Counsel. The role supports preparation and analysis of conflicts reports for attorneys and new business, with checks on advisory and NDA work. It can be hybrid with in-office presence in major offices.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and proficiency with Intapp Open. The position offers a competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits.

• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to validate conflict requirements.
• Respond to inquiries and provide guidance on conflicts findings.
