Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking an OGC Analyst - Conflicts Reporting in a hybrid role, located in Boston or other major offices. You will prepare and analyze conflicts reports for incoming attorneys and new clients, and review advisory, NDAs, and transactional checks.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in professional services, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and experience with Intapp Open. Flexible hybrid work and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; four years of relevant experience may substitute.
• Minimum three years of professional interpersonal, problem solving, and project management skills.
• Two years of experience in a law firm or professional services firm.
• Two years of experience with Intapp Open

Responsibilities

• Communicate conflict check results and missing information to attorneys and staff.
• Validate requirements for conflicts checks with requesting attorneys or secretaries.
• Update conflicts databases and perform corporate research to confirm accuracy.
• Obtain guidance from attorneys or conflicts staff to evaluate conflicts (lateral candidate, potential client).
• Conduct research on corporate entities subject to conflicts review using databases and the Internet.
• Analyze responses from attorneys regarding potential or actual conflicts.
• Protect highly sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information.
