DLA Piper is seeking a Lateral Intake Specialist to support the firm’s risk management by handling conflicts of interest reporting for onboarding lateral candidates, conducting research on corporate structures, and generating reports. You will review results, communicate with partners, and work with the New Business Intake Lateral Team to resolve conflicts, with a hybrid US office-based schedule.

• Experience in conflicts or new business intake roles (2+ years).
• Experience with conflicts software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; concise reporting.
• Strong judgment and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Conducts research on corporate structures of potential clients.
• Reviews, analyzes, interprets, and summarizes conflicts search results.
• Generates conflict reports and follows up on requests.
• Provides a foundational understanding of conflicts to Analysts and Counsel.
• Communicates with partners to process lateral requests and resolve conflicts.
• Performs quality control checks on conflict reports prior to delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.
