Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in legal conflicts/intake with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team overseeing business intake, conflicts, and compliance processes.
• Manage daily workflow, staffing, mentoring, and performance development.
• Serve as an escalation point for attorneys and business professionals.
