Job summary

BakerHostetler seeks a Conflicts Analyst to join the Intake Services team. You will review conflicts forms, conduct searches, and analyze results to identify actual and potential conflicts of interest for lateral hires and other new staff.

You will collaborate with Recruiting, HR, attorneys, and candidates to resolve conflicts, support onboarding and matter openings, and ensure compliance with firm policies across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of conflicts analysis, intake, and clearance processes.
• Experience with research into conflicts and client relationships.
• Proficiency with Intapp or similar conflicts software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review conflicts forms and information for candidates and new hires.
• Conduct conflicts searches and analyze results for actual or potential conflicts.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, HR, attorneys, and candidates to resolve conflicts.
• Coordinate onboarding and matter openings for lateral attorneys.
• Prepare conflicts reports and summaries, document resolutions, and support clearance.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy of conflicts records.
