Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with seven years of law firm conflicts, new business intake, risk management, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Conflicts Researcher and Analyst teams and the New Business Intake process.
• Develop, monitor, and report KPIs and workload trends to drive decisions.
• Oversee staffing, training, and performance management for the unit.
• Collaborate with attorneys, General Counsel, and committees on complex conflicts and intake matters.
• Ensure escalation and resolution of conflicts and intake issues with appropriate risk management.
