Job summary

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is seeking a Conference Services Manager to serve as the liaison between hotel operations and clients, balancing contracts, service, and profitability. You will coordinate conference requirements, manage revenue streams including food, beverage, and space rentals, and ensure accurate documentation and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years related experience in hospitality.
• Solid knowledge of food & beverage and meeting room sets.
• Creative and well organized with strong follow-up.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; detail oriented.
• Delphi experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, conferences, exhibits or events with clear client and hotel communications.
• Ensure contracts meet revenue, service, and profitability targets.
• Coordinate conference requirements to optimize food, beverage, room rental and ancillary services.
• Obtain rooming lists, monitor cut-off dates, and ensure timely delivery.
• Assist clients with off-premise details and site tours.
• Prepare Conference Profiles and Post Conference Reports.
• Distribute banquet orders and maintain space blocks in logs.
• Support weekly internal meetings and local catering sales goals.
