Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a banquet captain or senior server.
• Hotel banquet experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and POS is helpful for managing events and guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meeting spaces for banquet and catering events per BEO with service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen on food preparation timing to meet event orders.
• Ensure sanitation procedures for food handling safety is followed.
• Assist with scheduling of employees for events.
• Complete guest checks accurately and provide outstanding guest services.
• Follow established processes and procedures.
