Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a Director of Conference Services to lead guest services for a Conference Center. You will manage a team of coordinators and receptionists to meet high service standards and drive department success.

Key responsibilities include planning and directing Conference Services, ensuring compliance with policies, forecasting revenues and payroll, and coordinating with outside vendors to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years hotel experience.
• Experience as hotel Director of Conference Services is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans, evaluates, organizes, and directs the activities of the Conference Planning Managers and AV Manager.
• Ensures department personnel follow procedures and guidelines.
• Forecasts department revenues, payroll and meeting coverage on an annual/quarterly/monthly basis.
• Establishes and maintains rapport with outside vendors for hotel services.
