SteveRecruiter, LLC seeks a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join a concierge medical group in Charlotte, NC. Outpatient only, Monday–Friday, limited call, 200 patient-facing days per year.

Compensation starts at $200K and can rise to $350K with a full patient panel. Benefits include CME allowance, malpractice coverage, comprehensive insurance, 401(k) with match, relocation assistance negotiable, and strong administrative support.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited US medical school.
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted NC medical license.
• 3–20 years of dedicated primary care experience.
• Compassionate, relationship-driven approach focused on prevention and wellness.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8–10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.
